PU30E-Z是我厂在PU30D-Z型基础上改进和完善并定型生产的低压三组份聚氨酯鞋底成型机，（专利：ZL95221220X），它由高性能混合机头和人机操作界面（PLC+触摸屏）组成，投放市场以来，用户使用反映极好，生产效率高，操作简单，维护方便。
PU30E-Z low pressure tri-component PU sole forming machine is improved, finalized and manufactured on the basis of PU30D-Z model by our factory (patent no. : ZL95221220X). It consists of high performance mixer head and human-mahine operation interface (PLC-touch sreen) since its putting into the market, it has been highly commented by users for its advantages of high production efficiency, high qualified rate, simple operation and convenient maintenance.
可以生产双色双密度PU发泡鞋底制品；当配方相同时，可以视做两台两组价（PU20D-Z）发泡鞋底成型机
double color double density PU foam dole products can be produced. when the preparations are same, it can be seen as two sets of bi-component(pu20d-z) foam sole forming machines.

·结构
pu30e-z聚氨酯鞋底成型机主要由电器控制系统、混合头、料罐、计量泵组、PLC控制系统、触摸屏显示、料温、转速、压力控制系统、清洗系统、气冲系统和机架等组成。
·特点
1、混合机头采用耐磨，高精度转阀装置，注料同步，工作寿命长，操作简单，安全可靠，维护方便。
2、拥有适应不同鞋底原料的温度控制系统；原料输送管道采用导热层保温装置，料罐采用耐酸不锈钢（内胆）加热夹层式的料罐，并设有料罐内防湿干燥杯，确保原料品质、温度稳定。
3、采用螺旋和叶片组合式混合装置，使料液搅拌均匀，制品密度一致，有较好弹性。
4、采用低转速高精度计量泵，转速由变频器和PLC控制泵电机，计量精确，计量误差≤0.5%；
5、控制系统采用PLC微机控制，温度，压力，转速由触摸屏显示，直观、方便，并且设有超温、超压保护装置。
6、采用冷却装置，连续工作时间长，减少混合头清洗次数，减轻环境污染，降低成本，提高制品质量。

·Structure
PU30D-Z PU dole molded machine mainly consists of electric control system, mixing head, feeding tank, meter pump unit, PLC control system, touch screen display, feeding temp, rotary speed, pressure control system, cleaning system, air-let system and rack, etc.
·Characteristics
1. The mixer head is used rotary valve unit with anti-abrasion, high-precision, also with synchronous feeding, long service life, it is easy to handle, meanwhile, safe and reliable, convenient to maintain.
2. With a temp control system suitable for different sole; the feeding conveying pipe is applied the thermal conductivity insulation device, the feeding tank is applied the anti-acid SS (liner) with heating inter-layer, there is a dry measuring cup set inside, to ensure a good quality and stable temp.
3. Used the screw & blade combined device, to ensure the feed liquid evenly stirred, also with the same density and a good elasticity.
4. Applied the high-precision low-speed meter pump, with rotary speed controlled by the frequency converter and the PLC control pump motor, accurate to meter; meter error-0.5%;
5. The control system is used the PLC PC control, with temp, pressure and rotary speed shown on the touch screen, visual and simple, also there is no overhead and overpressure protection device.
6. Used the cooling device, it has a long continuous service time, which can reduce the cleaning times of mixing head, reduce pollution, reduce coat and develop the quality.
